3. Ordering Process

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.1 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when we send you a confirmation email indicating that your order has been processed and is in production.

3.2 Custom Orders

For custom notebook production, we will provide you with detailed specifications, mockups, and proofs before commencing production. You must approve these materials in writing before we proceed. Once production begins on custom orders, modifications may not be possible, and cancellation may incur fees.
